Majellans got off to a great start this week! It was so wonderful restarting our lovely Parents and Babies/Toddlers group. Children and babies enjoyed the toys and the drawing on offer, as well as the small world play, all the singing and, of course, the fun of the ride ons!
Don’t forget, all parents/carers with children aged four or below are most welcome.
Each session runs from 9:30 am – 11:30 every Monday of term (not half terms or school holidays) throughout the year.
We meet in the parish hall of the Windhill Churches Centre (WCC), behind St Joseph’s Church. The charge per session will be £1.50 and there is no booking required – just feel free to turn up and stay for as long as you wish! Do note that there is NO parking at the WCC.
Next week (19 September), as the nation stops to remember the life of Queen Elizabeth II, Majellans will not be meeting. We look forward to seeing everyone though – new and old faces – on Monday 26 September – for our next session!
We need plenty of volunteers including parents/parishioners willing to help come early to set up and/or tidy up afterwards and also require assistance in the kitchen, serving teas and coffees and preparing snacks for the children.
