Welcome to this page of resources for grown ups!
Just like we need food for our bodies, our souls also need feeding. Our spiritual lives will only grow better and stronger if we feed our faith. So, whether you are married, single or discerning a vocation; whether you feel strong in your faith or just starting a journey of re-discovery, we hope you find something here that will inspire you…
Our prayer is that these suggested resources would open a few doors to you to allow the process of spiritual growth to take place.

Pints with Aquinas
An entertaining and informative Catholic podcast by Matt Fradd. He’s an Australian living and working in America, with a deep faith, who loves to tackle topical subject matter with a special guest each week. As the name suggest, Fradd is a fan of St Thomas Aquinas, but covers a wide range of subject matter from a catholic perspective – without being afraid to tackle “real-life” questions. The episodes are lengthy, but incredibly thought-provoking, from topics such as “Are the covid 19 vaccines safe to use?” to “Your brain on porn” to “St Thomas Aquinas on Alcohol”.
