Fr Tony Convery, who often celebrates Mass in our parish and is well known and much loved by our parishioners, will be doing the Big Lent walk for CAFOD again this year and hopes to raise £2,000.( Last year he raised £4k!)

“This is the fourth year I have done this walk and have managed to raise a good sum each time (£4,000 last year) so I’m hoping you’ll support me again.
I plan to walk every day but in particular on Thursdays I’ll be doing a walk across London from 11.15am from various starting points and ending up in a pub somewhere in central London. Each walk is around an hour. You’re welcome to join me for the walk and/or the pub whichever suits you!
The first one will be on Thursday 19 February, from Camden Town Underground Station to Clerkenwell, starting at 11.15am from Camden and ending at the Slaughtered Lamb.
