
The people in Ukraine are facing a freezing cold and very difficult winter with lack of water, lack of electricity, lack of medicines and scarcity of food. There is a humanitarian lorry taking goods to Kiev in Ukraine in the last week of November. Please could you donate some items to go on the lorry – whatever you can spare.
The items which are needed are;- Tinned meat, baked beans, tinned fruit in syrup, tinned rice pudding. Also, Torches with batteries, candles and matches. Finally, basic, Over-the-counter medicines such as Paracetamol, aspirin, Cough mixture, disinfectants, Elastoplast and Sanitary products.
If you can help please drop the items at the back of St Joseph’s church.

Also NEW pants and socks for MEN are needed for asylum seekers in our area who have been awaiting processing for more than a year. Again please drop the items into the back of St Joseph’s church.
