Christian organisations Youthscape and Pais are leading a national day of prayer on Tuesday 28 September, to encourage all Christian churches to pray for our local schools.
With this in mind, our parish catechetical co-ordinator Sophie Sullivan will be leading a prayer walk on the morning of Tuesday 28 September. Starting at St Joseph’s Church, we will walk up to St Mary’s and St Joseph’s, before returning to the church to commit other schools in our locality to prayer.
Anyone wishing to join should meet, after Mass, outside the main door of the church at 10.15 am. We should be finished by 11.30 am.
