Praise to You
The second of our weekly Monday musical reflections from the “Vigil Project” leads us to a moment of worship of God, echoing the words we say at the Gospel Acclamation during Lenten Masses. We recognise God’s power to transform us.
God sees beyond our own failures and wants to pour his grace into our lives. We are also invited to welcome the Holy Spirit into our hearts. As we journey through Lent, let us keep this prayer at the forefront – Lord, have your way with me.
Let us invite the Holy Spirit to fill us, so that we can draw ever closer to the Father’s heart.

Lord,
As we take the next step in our Lenten journey, help us to open ourselves to you. May we be docile to your Holy Spirit, working in us; purifying our hearts during this holy season. We lift our hearts to you. Fill us, daily, with more and more of your grace.
