St Michael’s Church is a familiar landmark in Bishop’s Stortford, but how much do you know about it? An opportunity has arisen to give you the chance to know its history!
St Michael’s Church are holding a Heritage Open Days event in partnership with Bishop’s Stortford Museum on Saturday 11 September between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. They would particularly like to welcome members of other churches in Stortford.
There will be a self-guided tour to show the historical items and features of the church. There will also be talks in the ringing chamber about the history of the bells.
